Payment can only occur through Paypal. Please pay at the time of purchase and do make sure you have your email notifications for Etsy convo's switched on.

When you have trouble paying through Paypal at the end of the Etsy checkout pages don't hesitate to contact me, it happens a lot and I'm happy to help:)

If you don't pay at the time of purchase I will asume something went wrong or came up and will try to contact you to remind you in a friendly manner. Several times if nessesary. BUT if there's still no response after 3 days I will leave appropriate feedback and will relist the item. I'm a nice person who uses and appreciates honest and clear communication:)

All sales for my kids items are final from check out. When you have questions about measurements or custom sizes, please convo me before you purchase. I will keep items on hold for you if you need to check things, just let me know. If you have a smaller or bigger kid than average I can often alter things or make items again if I have the fabrics!

I ship within 2 buseniss days and will check the box you can see in your 'purchases' when your item is on its way. If for some reason I can't make those 2 days I will contact you to let you know when I will send your item.

I combine shiping wherever I can and refund through paypal. Two light items can go for 8,34 if they stay under 250 grams or every 3rd item in the smaller sizes can usualy be added at no extra cost, and Europe is cheaper too, so when I can, I'll refund the shipping.

I usually ship with priority airmail letter mail, which takes about ten days to the US, 7-10 days to Australia, 14 days to Asia and 2-5 days within Europe.
If you buy 4 or more items I'll ship with package plus, which is insured. I'll then contact you with prices and options to ask what you'd prefer and refund extra shipping for the economical options.

Sometimes shipping takes longer because things get held up in customs, but everything still allways arived in reasonable time. And NOTHING ever got lost yet, yay!! (knocking on wood vigorously:)

I do not do wholesale. I just can't make more and be a fun mom too:) This may change when I possibly develop a more comercial or less time consuming line, so if you're interested, please do contact me so I can let you know when I ever may have things to offer for your shop.
